These Terms & Conditions constitute the binding legal agreement between you and k666d governing your use of the platform, your account, and all gaming, betting, and financial services offered on k666d.org. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply throughout:

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered k666d account at any time. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether created using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a serious Terms violation. k666d may close all duplicate accounts without warning and may void any bets or withdrawals pending on those accounts.
k666d is required to verify the identity of all Members. You agree to provide, within the timeframe requested, any documentation requested by k666d for KYC purposes, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or Passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe will result in restriction of account functionality, including withdrawal suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your k666d account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. k666d will never ask you to reveal your password through any channel. You must notify k666d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your k666d account, whether or not that activity was authorized by you. k666d shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain appropriate security of your credentials.
You are obligated to maintain accurate and up-to-date account information at all times. Any changes to your name, address, mobile number, or payment method details must be reported to k666d promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may affect your ability to complete KYC verification, make withdrawals, or receive bonus offers.
Your k666d account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other individual under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in its immediate closure. Balances on a closed account are subject to review before any funds are released.
k666d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Pakistani Members: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions on k666d are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). k666d does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees which are outside k666d's control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day/week, and vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within the Deposit and Withdrawal sections of your k666d account dashboard. k666d reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and may apply enhanced limits to specific Members based on their verification tier and account status.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members are typically processed within the timeframes published in your k666d account. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required. k666d reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of KYC or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
Only funds that satisfy the following conditions are eligible for withdrawal: (a) the account has completed full KYC verification; (b) any Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds have been fully satisfied; (c) no withdrawal restriction is active on the account; and (d) the requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the available Real Money Balance. k666d will not process withdrawals to payment methods or accounts not registered to the Member.
k666d reserves the right to withhold, delay, or cancel any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects may involve fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal financial conduct. k666d complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and may be required to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
All bets and gaming sessions on k666d are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, game type, or event as published within the relevant section of the k666d platform. These product-specific rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the binding agreement between k666d and the Member.
A bet is only valid and confirmed once k666d has acknowledged its acceptance and assigned a unique bet reference number. Bets that appear in the pending state but have not been confirmed should not be considered placed until confirmed. k666d reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, due to a technical malfunction, or at odds that were manifestly incorrect.
In-play bets are subject to a brief delay between submission and confirmation during which the event status or odds may change. k666d uses automated monitoring to detect and exclude bets submitted on events whose outcomes are already determined at the time of placement. Any such bets will be voided and stakes returned.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bets placed on k666d, varying by sport, market, game, and bet type. k666d reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Member whose betting patterns are inconsistent with normal recreational gambling behavior.
In the event of a malfunction or disconnection during a casino game or slot session, the round shall be voided and the bet amount returned to the Member's Balance. k666d maintains server-side game logs that serve as the definitive record of game outcomes. k666d's decision regarding game malfunction outcomes is final and binding.
k666d reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly and manifestly incorrect due to human error, technical fault, or data feed failure. "Manifestly incorrect" means odds so far removed from the true market value that no reasonable person could have believed them to be intentionally offered. k666d will not void bets on this basis where the error was minor or within normal market variance.
k666d bonuses and promotions are available to eligible Members who meet the criteria specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonuses are subject to change or withdrawal by k666d at any time without prior notice. k666d reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a k666d account are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement, game contribution rates, minimum odds, and expiry timeframe will be clearly stated at the point of bonus claim. Bets placed using Bonus Funds do not generate Loyalty Points on k666d.
k666d monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing qualifying bets on all possible outcomes of an event to guarantee satisfaction of Wagering Requirements; using automated systems to place bets; or coordinating with other Members to exploit promotions. Engaging in any form of bonus abuse will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and may result in forfeiture of Real Money winnings derived from abuse.
The k666d welcome bonus is available to new Members on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method applies. Members who have previously held a k666d account under any name or identity are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
Bonus Funds that have not been used to place Qualifying Bets within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Member's account automatically. k666d is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k666d platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
k666d reserves the right to suspend any account, withhold any funds, and pursue legal remedies against any Member engaged in prohibited conduct.
k666d is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming as an integral part of its operations. k666d acknowledges that gambling, while a legitimate form of entertainment for the vast majority of players, can cause harm if not engaged in responsibly. k666d provides tools and resources to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity at all times.
All k666d Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders directly from within their account settings. These limits take effect immediately when set. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period of not less than twenty-four (24) hours before the increase takes effect. Reductions take immediate effect.
Any k666d Member may request self-exclusion from the platform at any time. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and remains in place for the period selected by the Member (minimum 6 months; maximum indefinite). During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be deactivated, no new accounts may be created, and k666d will use reasonable technical measures to prevent re-registration. Funds held in the account at the time of self-exclusion will be made available for withdrawal at the end of the exclusion period, or earlier upon verified request to k666d support.
k666d offers session time reminder features that notify Members of the duration of their current gaming session at intervals set by the Member. k666d encourages all Members to use these features as part of maintaining a balanced approach to gaming.
All content on the k666d platform — including but not limited to the k666d name and logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, images, and data — is the proprietary property of k666d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the k666d platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the express prior written consent of k666d. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the k666d platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes as contemplated by these Terms.
k666d makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and technical issues may result in temporary unavailability of some or all k666d Services. k666d will use reasonable commercial efforts to minimize downtime and will not be liable for losses arising from temporary platform unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k666d's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of k666d Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
k666d shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or reputational harm, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if k666d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
k666d integrates services from third-party providers including payment processors, game software providers, and data feed suppliers. k666d is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or failures of third-party service providers that affect the k666d platform or Member experience.
k666d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Member account at any time and without prior notice where k666d reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) the Member has breached these Terms; (b) the Member is engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) the Member's account is subject to a dispute, investigation, or legal process; or (d) it is necessary to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.
Members may request closure of their k666d account at any time by contacting k666d support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary account closure, any Real Money Balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal to the verified payment method on record, subject to completion of any outstanding Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.
Where an account is closed by k666d due to a breach of these Terms, k666d reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Member's balance pending investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or serious Terms violations, k666d may apply to appropriate authorities for forfeiture of balances under applicable law.

k666d aims to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of acknowledgment. Complex disputes may require a longer resolution period, in which case k666d will provide regular progress updates to the Member. Server-side game logs and transaction records shall serve as the primary and authoritative source of evidence in any dispute regarding game outcomes or transaction amounts.
k666d's final determination on any complaint relating to game outcomes, bonus awards, or account actions is made at k666d's sole discretion and shall be final and binding on the Member, except where the Member demonstrates clear evidence of technical error or manifest unreasonableness by k666d in its decision-making process.
k666d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes to these Terms will be communicated to Members via the email address registered to their k666d account and/or through a prominent notice on the k666d platform. The effective date of any revised Terms will be updated at the top of this document. Continued use of k666d Services following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Members who do not agree to amended Terms may close their account in accordance with Section 11.2 of these Terms.
These Terms, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which k666d holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any statutory rights that a Member may have under the laws of their own jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by agreement. k666d makes no representation that these Terms comply with the laws of every jurisdiction in which Members may be located, and Members are responsible for ensuring their use of k666d is lawful in their country of residence.
